Mezquita (Spanish for "mosque") of Cordoba is a wonderful building famous as a forest of columns and arches in the main hall. The site was originally a Roman temple, then Gothic church, which was built by the Moroccans Umayyad Mezquita. Spain's recovery after the cathedral was built in the middle of the Great Maghreb building.
